WHO WE ARE

Hi, I'm JASON PAUL REVELLE, founder and lead Japan representative at REVELLE AUTOMOTIVE PARTNERS.

With over 25 years living and working in Japan—including a pivotal role in corporate communications at Toyota Motor Corporation's Tokyo Head Office (International Public Affairs, 2004–2007)—I bring insider knowledge of how Japanese OEMs think, how they manage, and how they make decisions. I understand their emphasis on long-term trust, consensus-building (nemawashi), quality rigor, and keiretsu alignment from direct experience inside the system.

My hands-on automotive background also adds real credibility: In my earlier years, I built and raced high-performance Japanese cars, with one car profiled in a major automotive magazine for its custom engineering and design. REVELLE AUTOMOTIVE PARTNERS (RAP) will not disclose to any third party any personal/corporate information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail, or fax number, etc.) that we may have come to learn through the course of our business activities with you as the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") in compliance with all related laws concerning personal/corporate information protection.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When RAP uses the personal/corporate information of the Customer, it will limit such use to the following: 1. When responding to emails to the Customer (i.e., for providing estimates, delivery of files, questions, etc.);
2. When submitting invoices or required documents to the Customer; and
3. When sending information such as corporate news updates or for greetings such as New Year's cards, etc.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL/CORPORATE INFORMATION
RAP will take all possible safety measures to prevent the leakage and unauthorized access of the personal/corporate information of the Customer as having been obtained through mutual business activities.

REGARDING THE DELETION OF PERSONAL/CORPORATE INFORMATION
RAP will completely delete all information/media received from the Customer after a certain storage period, such as the following.
1. Estimates will be deleted within two weeks from the request date.
2. Delivered files/information/projects that have been officially completed as per the agreement of the Customer will be deleted by at least one month from the delivery date.
3. During storage periods, all data will be managed with the utmost care and with thorough safety measures so that no leakage can occur.

AI Policy

Purpose
